What these tools do
Edit adds movable text, images and shapes; it does not replace existing paragraphs. Added elements export as flattened artwork; original text stays searchable. Sign adds a drawn visual signature, not a certificate signature. Crop hides page edges; it does not securely redact content. Raster compression replaces pages with images and removes searchable text, links and form fields. OCR recognises English and can export text or a new searchable image PDF; always review recognition. Convert exports page images or text; adding images converts them to PDF. Page copying can drop document-level bookmarks and forms. Signed originals will no longer have valid digital signatures after editing. Use the main converter for other format conversions.
Modern Edge or Chrome recommended. PDFs with unsupported features may fail rather than return incomplete output. Offline guide & limitations
